It has the best porches--one in front for the views over the pastures and into the Blue Ridge/Shenandoah National Park while the side porch is two stories. The views from the side porch are equal but add the interests of viewing the Town of Washington. The half-acre lot is on a dead-end street but is close enough to easily walk to all the Town has to offer. The kitchen has granite counters, a professional gas stove, room for breakfast table and pantry space. The front stairs are local, classic Hawkins Style while the back stairs are not as grand. With several doors into the house via the porches, there is a lot of flexibility as to how the house is used.
